Physical Products

We offer a 15-day return policy for physical products from the date you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at admin@pettravelplanner.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

For returns of unused items, you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@pettravelplanner.com within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once you’ve accessed or downloaded the product. Digital items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after download, as we cannot verify that the product has been deleted from your system.

Exceptions

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same product

You experienced technical issues that prevented you from accessing your download, and we were unable to resolve the problem

The product you received was materially different from what was described

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us at admin@pettravelplanner.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Defective Products

If you receive a corrupted file or encounter technical problems accessing your download, please contact us immediately at admin@pettravelplanner.com and we’ll provide a working copy or issue a refund.
